These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Webaltica cloud telephony platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Webaltica provides cloud-based telephony services including:
- SIP trunking and voice connectivity
- Virtual phone numbers (DID)
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems
- Call center and queue management
- Call recording and analytics
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Make calls for illegal purposes
- Transmit spam, robocalls, or fraudulent messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Billing and Payment
- Prepaid accounts must maintain a positive balance
- Postpaid accounts are billed monthly
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Service Level Agreement
For Business and Enterprise plans, we provide a 99.99% uptime SLA. Credits will be issued for downtime exceeding this threshold as follows:
- 99.9% - 99.99%: 10% credit
- 99.0% - 99.9%: 25% credit
- Below 99.0%: 50% credit
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webaltica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be suspended
- Unused prepaid balance may be refunded (minus processing fees)
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.
